IntelliTrac was established in 1987 specialising in automotive electronics, GPS Telematics, GIS Mapping & Business Mobility Apps.
With offices spread throught the Asia Pacific region including New Zealand, Australia, PNG, Indonesia, Malaysia & Taiwan, we are truly a leading provider of Telematics technology within the region.
We offer a complete range of hardware, including personal gps trackers, self powered gps trackers for trailers, as well as "in vehicle" Telematics devices. Our expertise is backed by a large team of engineers dedicated to various divisions of our business including GIS, GPS Telematics & Mobility Apps. We are able to customise software & provide integration into third party systems quickly & seamlessly.

At IntelliTrac we are one of the few Telematics providers that design & manufacture GPS Telematics devices. As a designer & manufacturer we ensure strict design & manufacturing principles as well as the selection of quality raw materials & subsystems such as GSM modems, batteries & GPS chipsets. We also develop the firmware within the devices & as a result we are able to customise the features of the telematics devices for bespoke projects.
As a result, our products are flexible & Scalable & able to meet client requirements.
Our large team of firmware & software engineers work collaboratively within their departments to ensure leading edge software & apps are developed to be fined tuned to our telematics hardware whilst meeting our client expectations.
Our development teams are spread throughout the organisation & include Firmware, GIS Mapping, Telematics Server Apps, Telematics Web Apps, iOS & Android apps, as well as our Business Mobility & Compliance Apps.
Our consultants work with your organisation to determine the best solution to meet your business requirements & budgets. We then propose & workshop our solutions to ensure your acceptance.
Our solution fulfilment teams then set up & configure both hardware & software solutions prior to handing over to our field service teams which install & commission the GPS telematics devices & Apps.
Our training & support departments then take over to conduct training & ongoing support which is overseen by your dedicated account manager & support engineer.

Global Managing Director
Dean founded the business in 1987. He has a degree in Electronics & Communications engineering & a wealth of experience in Australia & SE Asia. Dean is a Fellow of the CEO Institute & a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.Dean oversees other corporate investments in property, automotive & software.
Geoffrey Zhou
Managing Director Indonesia & GIS
Geoffrey is the Founding Managing Director of IntelliTrac Indonesia & subsidiaries Virtual Map Australia & Intimap Indonesia. Geoffrey has Bachelor Degrees in Engineering & Business Management, & has been involved in GIS Software since 1995 when he founded Virtual Map's www.street-directory.com.au in Australia.
Tan Yeng Yap
Managing Director Malaysia
Known as "YY Tan" he has been at IntelliTrac since 1988 when our primary focus was producing automotive electronics. YY has a wealth of experience in dealing at a vehicle manufacturer OEM level & has been responsible for our growth in SE Asia with vehicle manufacturers in Malaysia, Thailand & Indonesia. He provides a wealth of experience in the SE Asia market at a Government & OEM level.
